How much time do I have to return it?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.

What is the return method? Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Swiss Post or express courier

You must contact us by email (info@7lune.com) to return the package with Swiss Post.

If you are returning multiple items from an order, avoid additional charges by returning them together.

How do I make a return?

Please email us with your order number, order email, the items you wish to return, and the reasons for the return.

After receiving a response from customer service, you can send it either with the label (if the product is defective) or by paying if you have changed your mind from the post office closest to your home.

What types of items can I return?

1. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

3. For hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken.

4.Items marked "non-returnable" and gifts cannot be returned.

Note:

1. Items from the same order but from different packages can be returned together.

2. Be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them back. We are not responsible for returned non-7lune items.

What should I do if I receive a damaged/wrong item?

If you receive a damaged/defective item or incorrect packaging, please contact Customer Service. We will provide you with a satisfactory solution. We are not responsible for damaged items returned without first contacting our customer service.

How can I get a refund?

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the package. As soon as we receive your package, we'll perform a quality inspection and then process the exchange. Refunds cannot be made in cash, but only via a one-year shopping coupon.

Note: Original shipping charges and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
