By entering your phone number at checkout and completing a purchase, signing up via our sign-up form or a keyword, you agree to us sending you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing messages and notifications, please reply "STOP" to any mobile message we send you or use the unsubscribe link we provide in one of our messages. ARTICLE 5 - MAKING PURCHASES
Our store is hosted on Ecwid. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you.
Your data is stored in Ecwid's data storage system and databases and in the general Ecwid application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment :
If you make a purchase through a direct payment gateway, Eciwid will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Information related to the purchase transaction is retained for as long as necessary to complete the order. Once the order is finalized, the information related to the purchase transaction is deleted.
All direct payment gateways are compliant with the PCI-DSS standard as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of companies like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements ensure the secure processing of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
